How to play Pineham Blocks, the block puzzle
Pineham Blocks is a block puzzle game. You drag pieces onto a grid, and every full row or column clears away. There is no timer, so you can stop and think before each move.
Step by step
- You get three pieces at a time. Drag each one onto the board wherever it fits.
- Pieces cannot be turned, so look at the shape before you place it.
- Fill a whole row or a whole column and it clears. One piece can clear several lines at once.
- Three new pieces come only after all three are placed.
- The game ends when none of your pieces fit anywhere.
Tips
- Keep the middle of the board open. Big pieces need big spaces.
- Clear a row and a column at the same time for more points, and clear on turns in a row for even more.
- Park a piece you cannot use yet in the hold square beside the tray.
- You can undo up to three moves, one at a time.
- Clear the whole board to earn a big bonus.
Questions
What is the difference between daily and endless?
The daily board is the same for everybody, and you win it at 1,000 points. An endless run is your own, and it lasts until nothing fits.
Is there a time limit?
No. Take all the time you need for each move.
What happens when nothing fits?
The run is over. Sometimes you are offered a second chance, which clears four rows and columns in the middle so you can keep going.
